The thesis is devoted to the problems of increasing of traction properties of electric rolling stock due to improvement on the correctional system of current level of the traction electric engines. The method for the identification of mutual influence of the system of traction power and the clutch is developed in the thesis. It allows to establish the feasible value of the potentially possible traction of the individual wheel sets for the limiting value of the clutch coefficient. The method allows to develop requirement for the system of increasing of the traction characteristic in the electric rolling stock. The regularity in the influence of the parameters of the power electric chains in electric rolling stock. The parameters discount the deviation in the magnetic system of the traction electric engines, the wear and tear of the bandages and the support of the electric chains of the a mature and the systems of excitation what influence on the capability of electric rolling stock by the slipping.
