Nasarchuk M. Strategy of development of the stock exchange in the system of reforming the economy of Ukraine

Object of the study is the process of regulating development of activity working established market of securities. Objective of study is elaboration of scientific and methodic foundations to provide integrity of established market of securities as well as competitiveness increase and operation activization at stock exchanges of Ukraine. Methods of research are system historic and comparative analysis, grouping and generalization of data, system and structural analysis and logic generalization. Theoretical and practical results: proposal as for creation of united stock exchange system of Ukraine which would provide general exchange space for securities sales and contribute in substantial activization of operation at arranged stock market of Ukraine. Novelty is substantiation and elaboration of recommendation on established market of securities based upon integration of stock exchanges. Degree of the introduction by: Association of Ukrainian stock exchanges, Special Control Commission on privatisation aspects and Committee on industrial policy aspects and business undertakings of Verkhovna Rada (Parlament) of Ukraine, Donetsk territorial administration of State Commission in securities and stock market. Branch of application is stock exchanges.
