Miroshnichenko O. Regional Aspects of Investment of Real Estate Market Objects on Condition of Economy Transformation

Тhe object of this research is the economic processes of investment of objects of the real estate market. The purpose is the development of theoretical and methodological bases of investment maintenance of processes of development of the real estate market at a nation-wide and regional level in conditions of transformation of economy. Methods of research are: the synthesis; ordering; the analysis of numbers (lines) of dynamics (changes); comparisons; graphic; mathematic and statistics, clusters, structural analysis. The novelty of this work: was profound theoretical and methodological bases of research of process of investment of objects of the market of the real estate; the methodical approaches to classification of regions of Ukraine according to their appeal to the investments in the real estate were developed; The new methodical approach to modeling dependence of volume of the investments in the real estate from economic parameters of regions was offered; the methodical approaches to modeling dependence of objects cost of the real estate from a location are advanced; the complex of the recommendations and offers concerning practical realization of the projects of investment of the real estate at a regional level in modern economic conditions is developed. The results of research are introduced and can be used in educational process and in practical activity of bodies of regional self-management, building enterprises and enterprises, which carry out the estimation of the real estate, development and realization of the investment projects.
