Volkova O. The mechanism of financial relations on the regional level.

Object: process of financial maintenance of social and economic development of regions in conditions of transformation of social and economic system of Ukraine. The purpose: development of scientific positions of the mechanism of formation of financial relations at a regional level in Ukraine and a substantiation of practical recommendations concerning the further improvement of a policy of financial development of region. Methods: economic-mathematical, statistical, system - analytical, the complex analysis, historical, comparisons and logic generalization. Theoretical results: the new methodological multilevel approach to definition of system of financial relations at a regional level is offered; the system of economic parameters of an estimation of the mechanism of financial attitudes relations at a regional level is proved; ordering and classification to risk of the mechanism of financial relations at a regional level is carried out, necessity of introduction for structure of local budgets of the budget of risk is proved. Practical results: the major directions of improvement of the mechanism of financial maintenance of social and economic development of regions are determined. Results are introduced by development of directions of improvement of the mechanism of financial relations at a regional level and, in particular, in the Poltava region. Sphere of use: in practice of financial maintenance of social and economic development of regions.
