Object: subjects of milk market and milk products in Vinnitzya region. Aim: basing of development prospects of milk market functioning and milk products at the regional level.. Methods: system analysis, comparison, consumers' testing, monographic, economic-and-statistic, balance, accounting-and-constructive, extrapolation, graphical. Results: Prospects of development, mechanisms of state regulation and directions of forming up the infrastructure of milk market and milk products. Newness:estimation of the monopolization rate of milk markets and milk products at the regional level has been made; the structure of milk and milk products consuming by the inhabitants of Vinnitza, district centres and villages of Vinnitza, Region has been defined; advisability of forming up the own raw producing zone for milk processing enterprises has been grounded; the forecast level of home supply meeting the population's demand for milk and milk products for 2005 has been found out.
