Essay

The thesis is dedicated to problems of a preliminary tension of a thrust organ of chain conveyors by the drive and estimation of dynamic and statistic characteristics of a chain conveyor. In this paper the estimation of influencing a thrust organ tension on the value of dynamic and statistic loaders in the conveyor circuit and its transmission as well as the probability of its failure free operation is given; the new way of a tension of a thrust organ by the drive with mutual short circuit of working and throwaway branches is offered and the securing device for its implementation is designed. The rational parameters of the securing device СФУ-1 are established.
