Essay

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal measures of customs activity realization. Customs activity as an object of administrative and legal security, concept and kinds of administrative and legal measures of its realization are characterized in this work. The main attention is paid to the analysis of customs bodies' legal status, peculiarities of state service and administrative compulsion as a measure of customs activity realization. A number of conclusions, propositions and recommendations, directed on improvement of administrative and legal measures of customs activity realization are formulated.
