Manzula A. State management at the local level: administrative-lawful aspect

The thesis with the complex theoretical applied research of state management at the local level in accordance with the contemporary stage of the administrative reform in Ukraine. It analyses basic aspects of local executive power bodies' activities being subjects of state administration considering the peculiarities, functions, aims and purposes, methods and principles; genesis, historical evolution and up-to-date forms of local state management institute are defined; basic questions of the state institute, it's competence in the sphere of influence of the authority, the activity of local executive bodies' and local self-government institution's correlation, system of checking and state personnel policy are considered in all the aspects. The author researched basic trends of state administration activity in regions, suggested applied proposals and recommendations.
