Yosypenko M. Diagnostics and surgical treatment of clinical-morphological forms of generalized myasthenia

The estimation of the immunopharmacological test with the anticholinesterase means in the diagnostics of myasthenia has been carried out. The assessment of the adequacy of beam methods of diagnostics in the definition of pathological changes of thymus in conditions of generalized myasthenia during pre-operation stage is given in thesis. The breach of cellular and humoral immunity of the patients with generalized myasthenia with different morphological changes in thymus is thoroughly studied. The algorithm of diagnostic search for the patients with generalized myasthenia has been worked out. Tactics of putting the operative treatment of the patients with myasthenia with different pathology of thymus into practice has been elaborated and substantiated. The occurrence and treatment of the early post-operation complications of the patients with myasthenia are analyzed. Realisation of differential diagnostics of myasthenic and cholinergic crises in the early post-operation period on basis of immunopharmacological test with anticholinesterase means has been developed and advanced. Pathomorphological research of thymus on the stereomorfometric, histological and ultrastructural levels for the patients with myasthenia has been conducted. The dependence of the early and remote results of the operative treatment of the patients with generalized myasthenia upon the Pathomorphological changes thymus is revealed.The definition of clinical-morphological forms generalized myasthenia is proposed to put into practice.
