Object gender aspect of public administration relations in Ukraine; aim - to define the essence of gender parity and to substantiate the regularities and tendencies of its development in public administration in Ukraine; methods - theoretical analysis, comparative-historical, method of classification and systematisation, dialectical analysis, synthesis, analogy, induction, deduction, tests, area research, gender analysis; novelty - for the first time there the main scientific approaches to the issue of women's participation in public administration relations and main regularities of establishment and regularities of the development of gender parity in public administration of countries with highly developed democracy are defined and systemized; results - the approaches to the definition of main trends and prospects of staff policy development in public authority organs and local government in Ukraine are improved, a new approach to the classification of styles of management accounting gender componentare also offered.
