Didenko Y. Socio-economic peculiarities of pension system under the conditions of transitional economy

Subject of research: socio-economic relations, which condition an improvement of pension system in period of market transformations. Objective of the research: theoretical basing and development of system pension accumulations and payments by research of the interconnected social parameters of pension provision and creation on the basis of scientifically grounded recommendations in relation to theoretical bases and practical ways of reforming and improvement of pension system. Methods of research: systemic, comparative, statistical, logical analysis, comparison and generalization, logical and economic-mathematical modeling. Results, novelty: 1) are definite the causes and crisis consequence in Ukraine system of pension provision, 2) a model of pension accumulations and payments are worked up and substantiation, 3) a bias of growth disproportion in pension payments of men and women are exposed, 4) the methodical bases of accumulations sum are worked up, 5) dependence between pension payments are grounded, 6) profound effect of stoppage in insurance seniority on level of pension accumulations and payments separately for men and women are disclosed, 7) advantages and disadvantages to use of personification approach to creation of system of pension provision in transitive economy are disclosed, 8) the practical recommendations in relation to implementation of multiurn of pension provision are worked up. Sphere of usage: lectures and special course according the social protection of population.
