Malashenko G. State supervision and management of banking in Ukraine.

The object is process of establishment and development of the bank system of a market type; the aims to improve the mechanism of state regulation and managements of banking supervision for the decision of modern problems of economic development and integration in the international market of the capitals; the methods used - economic-statistical, economic-mathematical methods, methods of the analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative characteristics; theoretical and practical results: the methods of state supervision and management were developed to support the goals of state policy in bank's system development under conditions of integration with EU and WTO; novelty -a new classification of the methods of banking supervision is proposed. The influence of modern methods and instruments of the state supervision of banking on the institutional and functional development of the bank's system is revealed. The imperfection of the state supervision methods that implies a lack of motivation for banks to extend crediting real economy sector under the pressure of economic norms of capital and activities is found out. There is suggested a mechanism of privilege crediting and recommendations on improving the procedure of putting a bank's assets into a certain risk group that will allow to increase the efficiency of a bank activities under conditions of expanding crediting real sector economy.
