Essay

The research is devoted to the study of the mechanism of interval hypoxic training (IHT) and amaranth oil actions on the oxidative metabolism of blood and tissues in white rats including ultrastructure of liver tissues under single and combined action of chronic fluoride intoxication and low doses of radiation. Combined action of investigated factors resulted in more expressed diminution of all links of antioxidant defence and decrease of LPO level in blood compared with separate influence of these factors. Complex apply of IHT and amaranth oil under binary action normalized lipid peroxidation processes, energy metabolism and elevated antioxidant defence level.
