Vasilevitch S. Forming and development of the national economic culture in conditions of market transformation of the Ukrainian economy.

The dissertation is devoted to the process of forming and development of the national economic culture in conditions of the market transformation of the Ukrainian economy, as the factor of the Ukrainian reforms dealing with the growth and the development of the Ukrainian economy into socially-oriented one. The author's approach is based on the analysis of sence of the national economic culture. The national economic culture's revival pre-conditions are considered. The basic components, spheres of display, forms, functions are exposed and their place is shown in the social-economic and organizational-economic relations' system. The conclusion is made that the economic culture is the factor of environmental crisis prevention, the economy growth' and the regulator of economy factor in Ukraine. The reasons of low level of economic culture development of citizens of Ukraine have been analysed. The role of family, school, scientific establishments in this process are shown. The necessity of reformation of the economic education system in Ukraine, of defending the institutions of family, education, science according to the needs and opportunities of the economic system modern development according to the future social reference points is proved. It is confirmed that all highly efficient economies grow based on the inherent national culture.
