Ishkov V. Management pension systems in Ukraine

Object of the study are the processes of management by pension systems in Ukraine. Objective of the study is development of theoretical and scientific-methodical questions of improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of managing by pension systems of Ukraine. Methods of research include a system approach and analysis, trending, structural and economic analysis. Theopetical and practical results consist in improvement of organizational economic mechanism of the management by pension systems in modern economics of Ukraine; methodical background are elaborated for solidary and obligatory memory pension systems management. The novelty is in that the new definition of the pension system is offered; organizational-economic mechanism of managing by pension systems on the regional level is improved; techniques to define the pension size in solidary and obligatory memory pension systems are elaborated; principles of development of the program of reforming the pension provision and the program's structure are offered. Degree of introduction: Budget committee in the Parliament of Ukraine, Donetsk regional state administration, Pension fund of Ukraine, JSC "Donetsk metallurgical plant". Sphere of application covers the Cabinet of Ministry of Ukraine, executive committees under Councils of People's deputies.
