Object: objects of the municipal property, relations of the property in regional economy. Aim: theoretically to justify and to develop the concrete recommendations for regulation of influence of the municipal property on socio economic development of region with allowance for of its features. Methods: system, comparative, analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical and correlation-regression analysis. Results: is investigated and is critically appreciated from items of today defects in organization and realizations of market reforms in Ukraine; the information and logical model and organizational mechanism of management of the municipal property at a regional level is offered. Use: for development of main rules of the Program of privatization and alienation of objects of the municipal property of a territorial community of Odesa, during reforming the property in the Odesa region.
