Mamonov K. Organizational and economical mechanism for construction enterprises capital control

The object of the research - the process of capital creation for construction enterprises; the purpose - working out economical mechanism for capital control aimed at a construction enterprise development; the methods of the research and equipment - the principles of modern economic theory, work of Ukrainian and foreign scientists in the field of capital management laws of Ukraine; the methods of economic analysis, the factor analysis, the index method, the correlation and regressive analysis are used in the research; theoretical and practical results - combined solution of tasks forming enterprise strategy and forming the organizational and economic mechanism for capital control aimed at construction enterprises development as well as in developing new methods of systematic estimation of the influence of distribution and using of the invested capital on the restoration process of construction industry; the scientific value - in the course of the research for the first time the quantitative parameters for cause and consequence connexion between the new capital and factors of distribution and using of the invested capital are determined; the criterion for estimation the tendencies for construction enterprises development is suggested taking into consideration the specific features of their new capital creation; the optimal ratio of working and non-working assets of construction enterprises is grounded which guarantees a positive tendency of the development indicator; the economical mechanism for capital control is developed on the basis of the cause and consequence connexion determined between the development indicator and the indices of capital distribution and using; the methodological aspects of the essence of the term "capital" at different stages of the production process have been developed; as well as the conception of strategically management taking into consideration the specific features of construction enterprises at the modern stage of market changes; the model for estimation the financial results of capital distribution in assets is improved; the introduction - the elaborations of the dissertation work have been introduced into the activity of special construction enterprises of Kharkiv and, namely, at Kharkiv administration on construction 541, as well as at the enterprise 502 "SANTECHMONTAG-60" which is confirmed by corresponding certificates of introduction; the sphere of use - construction enterprises
