Essay

The object of the investigation is the mechanism of labour resources management in agriculture of the region. The aim of the investigation is working out and grounding of the measures on the development of labour resources management system in a regional agrarian sector of economy. The methods used are statistical and of economic-mathematical modeling. Scientific newness of the regulations and conclusions is in reasoning and solving questions concerning efficient labour resources management through the development of the labour resources management models and mechanisms by their functional use. It also includes designing of the estimation methods in the activity of the labour resources management subjects and the mechanisms of labour management stimulation on its basis. The sphere of use is the agrarian sector management system.
