Essay

The object of study - mechanisms and preconditions of investment activity in conditions of market transformation. The purpose of study is complex theoretical study of systems, mechanisms and forms of state participation in the investment activity for substantiation and development of ways of increase of its efficiency. The methods of system, logic, functional, historical-economic and statistical analysis have been used. By means of the complex analysis of the contents, structure and form of investment process realization, it has been proved that the investment activity is one of the basic form of the property relations realization. The criteria of acceptable level on the basis of the systematizing of the institutional forms of state participation in the investment processes are suggested and the measures for perfecting the investment politics of the state throughout the practical co-ordination of the contradictory interests of investing subjects of different level are developed.
