Essay

Subject of investigation is finishing hardening technology of processing of cylindrical long parts by roller with use technological lubricant, including polymeric additions.The aim of investigation is increase of quality and productivity of processing of long parts by surface plastic deformation at the expense of reduction of working loadings by use liquid polymeric technological lubricant. Methods of investigations. In the work are used: analytical account of static movings and dynamic fluctuations of technological system; realization there is a lot of factors of experiment and mathematical statistical analysis; Oge - spectral analysis; raster the electronic microscopic analysis, microstructure analysis. The novelty - is developed technological maintenance for finishing hardening of operations of processing of long shaft on the turning machine tool with the account mechanical and chemical influence of polymeric technological lubricant on formation of the given quality and of physical and mechanicalproperties of the processed surfaces. Results - the theoretical description of static and dynamic conditions of processing by superficial plastic deformation of the long smooth shaft with the two-basic circuit of fastening on the turning machine tool is executed; for the accepted circuit is found and the technological decision is fulfilled to spend processing on lowered working loading without deterioration of the given roughness for the account intensive of plastic deformation of a superficial layer of parts by controlled use surface -active technological lubricant; the technique of assignment of modes for finishing hardening of processing of long shaft under the turning circuit with the account technological lubricant and account of the future quality of a surface, deviations of the form and sizes is developed. Manufacturing testing has positive result. Branch of use - machine-building.
