The thesis characterizes notions and system of ethical principles in advocate activities.There also alignment of problems concerning disciplinary, administrative, civil, criminal responsibility of advocates, pursued the analyses of disciplinary practice. The thesis contains recommendations concerning improvement of national legislation of advocate's activities."
