Medvedyk L. Jurisdiction of justice in Ukraine: comparative aspect

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive scientific study of the jurisdiction of justice in Ukraine and ways to improve the jurisdictional activity of the courts. The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the jurisdiction of justice in the light of European integration processes in Ukraine. The author researched the theoretical-legal and methodological foundation of the formation and development of the jurisdiction of justice in the state, analyzed the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine, the system of their judicial system, and substantiated the ways of improving the activity of domestic courts using the positive experience of the practical activity of the courts of Western countries. The dissertation made a theoretical generalization and offered a new solution to the scientific task of substantiating the jurisdiction of justice in Ukraine on the basis of changes and additions to the legislative and practical content.
