Bazarnyk M. Legal foundations of the development of professional legal awareness of judges in the light of European integration processes in Ukraine

The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the legal foundations of the development of a judge's professional legal awareness in light of European integration processes in Ukraine. The author carried out an overview of the current state of research on the professional legal awareness of a lawyer and conducted an analysis of the theoretical foundations of the interpretation of the concept of a judge's legal awareness. The dissertation made a theoretical generalization and offered a new solution to the scientific task of substantiating the legal foundations of the development of professional legal awareness of a judge in the light of European integration processes in Ukraine. Based on the results of the research, a set of recommendations regarding changes and additions to the Laws of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges", "On the High Council of Justice" was formed, as well as the expediency of the formation of the Information and Analytical Support Service as part of the Secretariat of the Supreme Judicial Council of Ukraine was substantiated
