The researches of energy and plastic metabolism of embryonic tissues and cells before and after allotransplantations to a mature recipient are presented in the work and shown a character of metabolic interaction between a tissue of transplant and recipient.It was established on basis of received data that embryonic metabolism depends on the development of tissue,is characterized with activity of energy metabolism.Embryonic tissues and cells are characterized with simultaneous existence and active functioning of embryonic type of metabolism and typical for mature organism metabolism. The activity of energy and plastic metabolism of transplanted embryonic tissues and cells does not depend on metabolic changes of environmental tissues of mature recipient.
