Dorosh O. Non-bank financial institutions in the economic system of Ukraine.

The problems of establishment and outlooks on development of non-bank financial institutions in the economic system of Ukraine are researched in the dissertation. The essentials of non-bank financial institutions, as well as their types and functions are introduced in the work. Special attention have been paid to the analysis of scientific views on the social and economical role of financial intermediaries in the economy. The foundation and functioning of the non-bank financial institutions in Ukraine and the prospects for their development are analyzed. The possible directions for the effectiveness enhancement and the improvement of non-bank financial institutions' operation are proposed and the prospects for their development are presented in the dissertation.
