Mazurenko O. Development of meat-foodstuffs subcomplex of Ukraine

Object of research: agricultural commodity producers fatten cattle and bird, and the meat-processing enterprises. The purpose of research: a substantiation of directions of effective development meat-foodstuffs subcomplex of Ukraine, improvement of organizational questions of its formation and economic mutual relation between agricultural commodity producers, the meat-processing enterprises and trade organizations. Methods: economic-mathematical, account-analytical, statistical, alternative accounts. Theoretical and practical results: the essence of concept organizational-economic directions of development meat-foodstuffs subcomplex is determined; the optimum sizes of farms on cultivation of large horned cattle and pigs are determined; the necessary volumes of meat's manufacture as a whole in Ukraine and various economic formations are fulfilled. Scientific novelty: the parameter " factor of specialization " of the agricultural enterprises, areas, areas and natural-economic zones on manufacture of meatis offered for the economic analysis; the directions of development integration processes between the enterprises meat-foodstuffs subcomplex are proved. Degree of introduction: the offers are used in activity of the private agricultural enterprise "Iskra" Olevsky region of Zhitomir oblast, Major department of an agriculture and foodstuffs Zhitomir regional state administration, Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine. Efficiency: the results of researches will promote increase of efficiency functioning meat-foodstuffs subcomplex by improvement of the interbranch and economic relations, optimization, specialization and concentration of cultivation of separate kinds of cattle on meat. Sphere, area of use: the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, regional centres of scientific maintenance АIP and agricultural enterprises.
