The work is devoted to development and substantiation of a technique of short-term forecasting of external activities figures, namely export and import of the goods and services behind their commodity and geographical structure in base of economic-mathematical methods. The economic-mathematical models are offered, which intended for development of the short-term prognosis of export-import transactions with countries - trade by the partners of Ukraine, and also structure of export both import.
