3. The object of research is the livestock of cattle from farms where registrated necrobacteriosis. The purpose of the research is to develop peculiarities of necrobacteriosis of cows in Ukraine and indication, identification of F. necro- phorum, study of their principal biological feature for the purpose of developing vaccine strains to be used as a compo- nent of the inactivation vaccine. Methods- epizootological analysis, bacteriological, serological and statistical. Results- It is select three strains of F.necrophorum that have been tested as component of associated inactivation vaccine "Necrosan" and given a positive effect on lab animals and susceptible stock.
