Essay

The object is portal circulation of rats liver. Objectives of dissertation is to study the role endothelium-dependent factors of vessel tone control in humoral regulation of portal circulation and to investigate the mechanisms of acetylcholine-induced vasoconstriction in liver portal system. Methods of research are methods of registration of hemodynamics parametrs and statistics. The way of realisation of acetylcholine-induced vasoconstriction of liver portal vessels is investigated. The results about role of endothelium in regulation of liver vessel's tone are obtained. Sphere of use is the hepatology and pharmacology.
