Essay

The thesis is devoted to efficiency increasing of the moist fine materials vibrating screening, because the process is one of the less studied and is not efficient in production yet. The main six factors influencing sufficiently the screning quality parameters, the limits of the factors influence corresponding to the variable moisture of mining materials, and the screening parameters dependences on these factors are set. The design technique to determine the screen rational parameters and the algorithm for the optimal ones are developed on the basement of the experimental planning, the objective function modelling as the linear and the non-linear regression models.
