The thesis is dedicated to the solving of the scientific problem of the ship oil-containing water purification and working out of the method of oil filtering equipment design and development of coalescent oil water filtering equipment with output water oil content less then 5 ppm. In the thesis is defined the regularity of: the processes of oil and oil refining products interaction with water, influence of the operational conditions on the efficiency of the ship oil water filtering; it is developed: mathematical model of the polidispersed oil water emulsions separation process, with taking into account it dynamics, method of coalescent oil filtering equipment size set design.
