Subject – кelations and parameters of energy conversion processes in interconnected power and technological subsystems of the marine power plant (MPP) on the basis of alternative fuel and energy resources (AFER); purpose – increase of efficiency MPP on base AFER by salvaging heat of its secondary power resources in tech-nological processes of obtaining of alternative liquid fuel; methods – are the system analysis of energy conversion processes in MPP; mathematical and physical modeling; complex optimization; physical modeling with computer registration of the data; novelty - for the first time: the ranges of temperatures of an environment are estab-lished, in which its maximum power efficiency, and their relation to parameters of technological process and base GT is reached; the parameters MPP, ensuring its maximum efficiency and their interrelations are determined at local extreme of indexes MPP; possibility of the usage of alternative fuel, received in a structure MPP in ship ther-mal engines experimentally is proved; results – are devel-oped: a methodology of creation MPP on base AFER, technique of the reasonable selection and optimization of the parameters; schematic and the engineering solutions of the power installations of the specialized ships on base AFER, are developed the projects of the power installa-tions of a marine platform specialized ships, power sta-tions and pilot production of alternative fuel; area – ma-rine power plant's.
