Bui A. Increasing efficiency of the marine diesel power plant’s in its operating with fuel of wide fraction content.

The dissertation is devoted to increase the effectiveness of sea transportation of oil and oil-products by tankers, FPSO vessels, oil-extracting platforms and other vessels, which have aboard crude oil, due to the use of a fuel of wide fractional composition. It is shown that the presence of light fractions inside of FWFC raises a angle of the air-fuel mixes selfignition delay in ICE cylinders, increases the specific fuel con-sumption, the working parameters of marine ICE and the dynamics of heat emission depend on the cetane number, content of aromatic hydrocarbons. Results of the research enabled to establish a basic opportunity of effective operation marine ICE with the FWFC. Thus the usage of FWFC is possible without modifying of the engine for rational adjustment of fuel equipment.
