The Object of the study is a process of the shaping and operation integrated industrial-economic structures, purpose - a determination of the particularities of such structures and development of the theoretical positions and practical recommendation for improvements of the process of their shaping and investment. The Methods of the study: benchmark and statistical analysis, systematizations and generalizations, structured-logical method of modeling. Categorizations of integrated industrial-economic structures and subject of investment activity were advanced, undertaking stage process of the shaping the integrated structures were offered with new position; the most further development of understanding the mechanism to investment activity enterprise-participants and process to realization them investment project was found, methodical positions on estimation of the economic effect to joint investment activity participant were elaborated for the first time.
