Zholner I. Development and Introduction of the Energy and Resource Saving Technology for Technical Spirit Made of Carbohydrate Raw Materials

That thesis is devoted to perfect the technical spirit technology and denatured spirit technology of renovated agricultural raw materials. There was worked out an energy and resource saving technology for technical spirit. There were determined physicochemical and consumers' properties of the technical spirit technology of three categories. There was offered a conception of resource and energy saving technology for technical spirit. There was created brew rectification equipment to produce various categories of technical spirit made of various raw materials. Owing to the analysis of main properties of the technical spirit, the general requirements concerning denaturant substances of special denaturation were set and generalized. It is proved that the preazeotropic spirit could be used as a raw material for producing fuel oxygenator as well as a gasoline highly octane oxygen additive provided that fused oil and aromatic carbohydrates are used as stabilizers against disintegration.
