Essay

Object – of the thesis is water taken from the artesian waterholes, bottled drinking water, disinfecting preparations of different types; methods – are those that are generally accepted and also modified during the process works: physicochemical, biochemical, microbiological methods of material control, of ready-made products and disinfecting preparations control. Novelty – it is identified for the first time that the investigated water from the artesian waterholes and bottled drinking water meet people’s physiological needs. There has been developed the method of geomagnetic way of water preparation and determined its influence on physicochemical water indicators. There has also been investigated the magneto mechanical way of water preparation, which permits to reduce the indicator of water hardness and to save natural balance of the mineral substances having low energy expenditures .There has been proved the effectiveness of using the preparations of polyhexamethylenguanidine and ultraviolet emission in the bottled drinking water technologies. There has been developed the document TC U 15.9-32243117-001-2004 “Artesian drinking water (carbonated and non-carbonated). Technical conditions” and also the technological instruction on bottled drinking water production according to the improved technology. The improved technology is already used in water production. Branch – non-alcoholic drinks.
