Galushkо A. Management of re-structuring of large joint-stock companies

Object of research is the process of economic re-structuring of the enterprises in past privatization period. The purpose of the dissertation is the theoretical substantiation of realization of economic re-structuring of the machine-building enterprises and development of the scientific - applied and methodical recommendations concerning restoration of their economic activity and increase of efficiency functioning in the future. Research receptions. A theoretical and methodological basis of the dissertation are the scientific jobs domestic and foreign scientific in the field of management, re-structurings of joint-stock companies, laws and normative certificates, which adjust economic processes. The theoretical result - is developed the methodical approach to restoration of manufacture in process санации of joint-stock company, which is based on a substantiation of measures on maintenance it payment. The practical meaning of the received results is, that their introduction in practical activity of joint-stock companies at realization of re-structuring of joint-stock companies enables to develop strategy of the further effective functioning in process of sanation. Among such practical results it is necessary to note realization of the methodical recommendations concerning improvement of operation of business and program of re-structuring of joint-stock company. The program of re-structuring was considered at session of government "LKMZ" and was accepted to introduction (by the Kharkiv province, information №56/433 from 12.12.2002). The scientific novelty of the received results consists in the following: the methodical approach to restoration of manufacture in process of sanation of joint-stock company for the first time is developed which is based on a substantiation of measures on maintenance it payment; The methods of diagnostics of use of industrial potential and marketing program of the enterprises are advanced which assist a substantiation of directions of re-structuring of activity of joint-stock companies; the economic contents of a category "re-structuring", that is based on generalization of theoretical definitions with the purpose of increase of efficiency management of this process; classification of kinds and forms of re-structuring, which take into account a financial condition of joint-stock company and purpose of the programmed changes; have received the further development universal methods of improvement management of the enterprise in conditions of bankruptcy
