The dissertation is dedicated to the complex problem of the proof process determination and reseach as a form of procedural cognition and as method of crime investigation. There are planed the basic direction of the proof use as a srecific criminalistic method of cognition in a crime investigation process - on the grounds of poliaspectual nature of the crime behaviour procedural - criminalistic research. There are researched the primary position of crime cognition and its informational essence in the dissertation. The cort proof structure procedural proof and the psychological and logical base of conception crime - formation are determined. Correlation of proof and information that are got is a result of officient - research acts holding are examine. Noted that the factual information from or illegal sources can not be used as a proof.
