Essay

Object of research: processes of anti-crisis management at enterprises functioning under uncertain environment. Purpose of research: development of the synthesis conception of proactive anti-crisis enterprise's manage-ment system and mechanisms of its implementation in order to increase the effectiveness of enterprise function-ing in crisis. Methods of research: anti-crisis enterprise management, environmental weak signal modeling, sys-tem dynamics and estimations of effectiveness of produc-tion and economic activity. Results: synthesis conception of proactive anti-crisis enterprise's management system that allows to decrease the probability of crisis situation initiation, reduce the amount of possible losses caused by the crisis situation development, increase strategic poten-tial, amplify adaptive abilities of enterprise and strengthen its competitive position; set of mechanisms that allows to implement management system concept and to create the prerequisites for perfect adaptation of current or newstrat-egy; methodology of enterprise's strategic drift's signs revelation that is used to determine the threat of crisis situation development; economic and mathematical model of crisis nature weak signals consequences estimation. Using this model the managerial decisions as to the choice of effective strategy of proactive actions are formed; in-strumental tools of econometric theory and fuzzy sets the-ory used for aims of anti-crisis oriented analysis of enter-prise and its environment. Novelty: author's conception of anti-crisis proactive management based on improved theoretical and methodological fundamentals and directed to managerial decisions making accordingly to identified weak signal; mechanism of crisis nature weak signals' monitoring in enterprise management system that provides enterprise with preliminary increase of flexibility reserve and anticipate possible negative consequences of weak signals realization; mechanism of anti-crisis proactive enterprise management that allows to correct internal fac-tors via changes in current strategy or its substitution with the one adopted to new internal factors; methodology to test the enterprise for strategic drift signs presence based on the use of experts estimations method and allows to ground analytical conclusions as to early signs of crisis situation development; model of crisis nature weak sig-nals' consequences estimation based on use of difference equations and allows to evaluate the influence of crisis nature weak signals of environment and internal factors realization on the dynamics of enterprise's effectiveness of functioning factors Field of use: enterprises level.
