Тimchenko О. Autoagressive behavior of law enforcement employees (social and psychological determinations, of appearing, ways of preventing).

Object: suicide behavior of the Law Enforcement bodies employees in Ukraine. The purpose: the determination of psychological, social and demographic peculiarities of auto destructive employees of Law Enforcement bodies, the definition of social and psychological characteristics of auto aggressive behavior of Law Enforcement bodies' employees, the working out of the preventive measures system towards the suicide cases of the sworn staff of Law Enforcement bodies of Ukraine.Methods:psycho diagnostic, statistic and analytical. Theoretical and practical results:basing on the generation of various opinions towards the present day development of the studies of the nature of auto aggressive behavior the algorithm of practical psychiatrist' activity is proposed towards the organization and the delivering preventive and prophylactic work with the employees inclining to the suicide. Novelty: the profound analysis of social and psychological determinants of suicide law enforcement bodies' employees has been done; the reasons of suicide aggression have been classified. A degree of implemntion: the system of preventive and prophylactic measures towards the auto aggressive behavior of militia employees has been worked out and introduced in the activity of the center of practical psychology of the Department of Law Enforcement bodies in Don'ts region. Area of use: the organization of psychological supplying of operative and official activity of Internal Affairs Ministry of Ukraine.
