Essay

The antibodies specific to different subtypes of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors were used. It was shown the synaptic transmission realized by alpha3-, alpha5- and beta4-containing receptors. Alpha7-containing receptors present in inferiof mesenteric ganglion and can modulate the fast synaptic transmission undirectly.
