Object of the study is process organizing and economic activity of enterprise on shaping and labour capacity management and its reserves on coal-mining enterprises. Objective of study is most further development and motivation of theoretical positions and approaches in development methodical toolbox on revealing the internal reserves of growing of capacity of labour. Methods of research qualitative analysis and syntheses, economic and mathematical, system approach and formal logic.
