Mohammad A. Peculiarities in implementation of the International Law into the legislative systems of Jordan and Israel (comparative-legal analysis).

Dissertation is dedicated to the scientific substantiation and system analysis of the problem of interrelation between the International Law and national legal systems of the Near-Eastern States while researching the procedures of the norms transformation being envisaged as the basis of implementation by the states of their international obligations. The main means and mechanisms of the International Law implementation together with the processes of incorporation of the "common" international law and the treaty norms in the national legislative systems are analyzed. The scientific conclusions are aimed at the improving of the Jordanian and the Israeli legislative systems in the aspect of more detailed regulation of interrelation between the international and national legislations.
