Serova I. International legal mechanisms of resistance to illegal migration.

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation and system-defined analysis of the main conceptual problems of international legal resistance to illegal migration. The author illustrates formation and development of international law rules, peculiarities of international legal regulation of resistance to illegal migration on the level of universal and regional (European) international law norms, role of the institutional system in this field. The peculiarities of Ukraine’s international legal obligations together with the level of their implementation for solving the problems of illegal migration are examined. The scientific conclusion and suggestions for improving legal regulation of resistance to illegal migration are formulated.
