The dissertation is devoted to solving of questions of maintenance of quality and acceleration of technological preparation of machine-assembling manufacture by automation of formation of mathematical model of assembly products. The content, structure and representation of the initial data on a product, the constructive and technological properties of the assembly product which influence to technological preparation of manufacture and designing of balances of assembly and could be defined from 3D model of assembly product.
