Sambirskyy M. Securities of business enterprise during market transformation of economy of Ukraine.

The dissertation investigates problems and prospects of development of business enterprises' securities under conditions of market transformation of Ukrainian economy. The main approaches to identifying the concept of "securities" are analyzed, their essence, functions and classification are determined, and key macroeconomic factors are identified influencing the rates of securities in transitional economy. The algorithm of securities purchase expedience analysis for the portfolio and strategic investor was developed and approved based on the comprehensive research of domestic and international securities analysis experience conducted. The scheme for raising efficiency of enterprises' securities operation and the main trends of the state policy according securities of business enterprise are proposed.
