Essay

Activity of cardiovascular system of sportswomen specializing in synchronized swimming. Adaptive reaction of cardiovascular system in sportswomen specializing in synchronized swimming. Analysis of scientific and methodical literature; pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment of certifying character with utilization of pedagogical control tests; physiological experiment: tetrapolar impedance rheopletizmography (central cardiohemodynamic, rheoencephalography), registration of arterial blood pressure, pulsometry; metods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty of findings consist in obtening new data about adaptative reactions of systemic and peripheral hemodynamic in sportswomen, with different age and sports qualification, specialized in synchronized swimming during various periods of preparation, as also on character and direction of terminal adaptive reaction of systemic and brain hemodynamics as respond on breath holding depending on the age and level of sport qalification. There were divided the imagination about the interrelation between functional activity of cardiovascular system and sport work capacity. On the basis of analysis of results of investigations have been developed the practical recommendation corresponding as concern the method of functional activity of systemic and brain hemodynamic determination in sportswomen specialized in synchronized swimming, for increasing the effectiveness of elite athletes preparation. The results of investigation were effectively introduced in the practical preparation of national teams of Ukraine in synchronized swimming and are used in the process of lecturing at the National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine. Obtained theoretical and experimental data, conclusions and practical recommendations may be used during education and training process at the Children and Youth Sport Schools, higher specialized schools of physical culture, in process of lecturing and practical sessions at the higher education institutions and technical secondary schools, in process of preparation of national teams in synchronized swimming.
