Оzersky I. Interaction of an investigator with the organ of inquest in the system of Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine (organization law and psychological analysis)

The thesis organization law and psychological conditions and factors which have an influence on interaction of an investigator and the organ of inquest are searched. Theory law basis of interaction is defined. The proposals and the recommendations on submission of the changes and additions to active criminal action legislation and the project of new Criminal action code of Ukraine are argued. The procedure of experimental discovery and correction of conflict setting at interactional subjects is developed and is approved. The list of professional psychological properties which are necessary for effective interaction is determined. The proposals on improvement of organization and conducting of professional psychological preparation of an investigator and the organ of inquest to interaction are left.
