Essay

The object is management system of the organization development; the purpose is the basing of theoretical fundamentals of system methodology of personnel provision management systems' quality and the working of practical recommendations to its proving. The methods of researching: methods of functional-structural analysis, questionnaireness, estimation, classification, correlation, indexation. Author was proposed to use the functional approach to improve the management system's quality. The structural -logic model of personnel strategy implementation was worked out. The results of researching were inculcated in the activity of winery enterprises in the Crimea. Application sphere is the activity of Ukrainian enterprises.
