Essay

Dissertation represents theoretical and empirical analysis of job choosing motivation and its psychological factors. The classification of the most typical new job choosing situations and the main psychological factors of the job choice for actually conflict, potentially conflict and projective situations are introduced. The level of social desirability motivation for each of the situations is measured. The received data are compared to the results received in the stable situation. The main factors of notion "work" semantic space that structure it in the situation of new job choice are researched. The basic self-presented motives categories are defined, their forecasting potential for personality motivation research is shown The methodic instruments were developed to research the motives of job choosing in the conflict situations on the base of semantic differential method. The main ways of empirical results implementation were described to show their significance in practice.
